What is a Members Voluntary Liquidation

Member's Voluntary liquidation (MVL) is a solvent liquidation by a limited company that will pay everything due to it's creditors, employees, and shareholders, aswell as any tax owed. An Insolvency Practitioner (IP) is appointed by the company director to act as liquidator.
